MA Animation with Merit (University of Salford, UK). India Air Quality BI (real data)

  • Built a pipeline over 36.1M valid hourly readings from 107 government stations in six Indian cities with nothing filled in: a 27-month archive gap, mislabelled units and a fault code handled; Power BI and Excel generated from code, 423 of 423 report numbers matching SQL.

SaaS Revenue Leak BI

  • Simulated a B2B SaaS business (1,107 accounts, Oct 2024 to Sep 2026) with five revenue leaks planted and sealed away; a six-detector monitor found 5 of 5 blind on the main run and 19 of 20 across four simulated worlds.
  • dbt star schema on DuckDB caught 13 of 13 injected data-problem types; churn model ROC AUC 0.73 out of time; Power BI generated from code, 69 of 69 numbers matching DuckDB.

Hospital Operations BI

  • Simulated a 256-bed Hyderabad hospital over three years (168k ER visits) and modelled patient flow, bed occupancy (80.2%) and 30-day readmissions in DuckDB SQL.
  • Built a readmission model (logistic regression, ROC AUC 0.786) that beat the clinical LACE score (0.749) on an out-of-time test; its top decile caught 34.9% of readmissions.
  • Generated Power BI from code; 63 of 63 numbers matched SQL and 18 of 18 checks caught injected errors.

Supply Chain Network BI

  • Simulated an FMCG distributor (4 warehouses, 40 suppliers, 200 products, 36 cities) and measured OTIF (80.2%), lead time, inventory turns and carrying cost.
  • Built a 14-day stockout model (gradient boosting, ROC AUC 0.840 vs 0.699 for the reorder-point rule); at the same flag rate it caught 65.6% of stockouts vs 59.5%.

  • HR: flight-risk model (out-of-time ROC AUC 0.658) and a live Tableau workbook built from code, 20 of 20 matching SQL. Finance: 60 months of bank, card and payroll exports in one ledger, gated by 15 reconciliation checks.

Medical College Data Analysis (freelance client)

  • Collected public filings for 758 Indian medical colleges across two cycles into an Excel dataset (1,031-college registry); MBBS seats reconciled exactly to the published 129,602 and 96 of 96 delivery checks passed.
  • Built comparison indicators for every college, such as faculty strength and teaching-hospital beds per MBBS seat, so the client could benchmark institutions against national norms.

  • Built an encrypted local vault (Argon2id, XChaCha20-Poly1305) with optional Windows Hello unlock and a browser extension that autofills over native messaging, with no open network ports.
  • Ran a six-area security audit that shipped 16 hardening fixes; about 110 Rust tests; released v0.2.0 on GitHub.
